We’re pleased to announce that we’ve recently launched a “fan page” on Facebook. Come join us and one day you can say you were there when we first started up! Behind the scenes we’re working on the nitty gritty details of putting together a shopping environment on the fabulous site where craft lovers unite- Etsy!

We’re also working on concepts for new product lines and line extensions, including limited quanitites of our market bags using the ever popular Amy Butler fabrics. Stay tuned for more textile excitement- same rat time, same rat channel!

UPDATE: The Fundraiser was a great success- raising over $3,000 to feed, spay, and neuter feral cats and to help low-income cat lovers!

We’ve donated a few of our market bags to Let’s “Fix” the Problem, a benefit for F.C.A.T. (Feral Cat Assistance & Trapping). They are raising funds for a very important mission- to feed, spay, and neuter feral cats and help low-income cat lovers with needs like Advantage™ and teeth cleanings.

Lach & I wanted to create tags that were as unique as our custom made textiles, so we decided block printing was a great place to start. We used recycled cardboard and hand printed each individual tag.

You’ve stumbled upon -or perhaps been pointed to- this blog, but either way, hi!

We’re a small, home-based venture in the nifty neighborhood of White Center, near Seattle. Artistic and crafty by nature, we are creating small textile products such as market/sling bags, yoga mat bags, corn bags (re-heatable heat therapy bags), and various other and sundry items. But yes, we’re kind of obsessed with bags, in case you haven’t noticed. We’re Bag Ladies up to our eyeballs in ideas, thread, and conflicting ideas of what the color green really looks like.

This site is new, so right now we’re lacking photos to share with you. But check back soon as we’re going to be adding a ton of things soon. We’re also be debuting our wares in real life next week; more details to follow about that event.

Thanks for coming by; stay tuned for some textile porn.
